Maintenance Team Service Manager


$28-$30/hr plus holiday pay, ACCPP cover, etc.

Job Description:

Right now there is an opportunity for an experienced trades person who is ready to take on a new challenge in their career. This a customer-facing, organisational and trades management role. The succesful applicant would organise maintenance projects to deliver on-time and high quality outcomes.

Reporting to the directors of the busy, family-owned and operated maintenance business, you'd need to be responsible for the following -

Liaising with clients

Liaising with trade supervisors

Site visits to assess client requirements

Pricing/Quoting work

Allocating work and scheduling tradespeople to meet deadlines

Project tracking and management

Follow up visits/quality checks of work undertakenReporting to management on workload and any issues

What you need to apply -

Demonstrated trades experience with references

Evidence of your organisational and leadership skills

Evidence of your competence with computers (CRMs, excel, word, etc.)

Evidence of your competence with computers (CRMs, excel, word, etc.)

A current drivers licence

A clean Ministry of Justice history

Submit to drug testing, alcohol testing and a company medical
