The Opportunity

As a result of this continued growth the business are looking at how they can make better use of their data and insights to aid better decision making across their operations. Key responsibilities among other tasks will be to

Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify relevant data

Review data and make sense of it along with preparing into reports

Provide commentary on your findings and insights

Be involved in with the leadership team in turning information into delivery and profit improvement exercises

Data management and key reporting metrics around logistics improvements and cost management

The business are looking for someone who has a great attitude and wants to be involved within logistics and finding business improvements where possible across various aspects of the business. Someone who is curious in all things data and how this can be used in the right ways to drive improvements will suit this role.

You will ideally be experienced working in supply chain and/or logistics roles with a focus on analysis and working with data. This will coincide with excellent excel skills, and a logical approach to problem solving in an ever changing environment.

This is a newly created role, so it is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to make it their own. It will initially be for a 12 month contract however should the role create value to the business, there will be a strong likelihood that the position will become permanent along with a step up in growth as the role develops.

We are looking for someone curious, motivated and driven. This analysis role will help drive continuous improvement, so we need someone who can communicate clearly and explain concepts to all levels of employees.
