Job Description:

Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Learning and Development Manager who is a strong relationship builder.

This position is located in Wellington central and has direct reports.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have

At least three years previous experience working as a Learning and Development Manager

Knowledge of the machinery of government

Previous experience leading a team

Proven track record successfully delivering design and delivery of training and guidance interventions

Comprehensive understanding of adult learning theory

An outstanding understanding of e-learning trends and tools

A tertiary qualification in law is highly desirable.

This is a permanent full time position.
