Are you a customer service superstar looking for a new challenge? An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with proven call centre/customer service experience to join part of a busy self-motivated team working in the heart of Onehunga. Our client is very well-established in the New Zealand market and works with high-profile well-respected organisations.;In this role you will be fielding high-volume calls and making use of a script. Working on a rotating roster you will be working Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm one week and 9am - 5pm the next. This project is starting next week and will keep you busy for the next 6 - 8 weeks possibly longer.;To be considered you will ideally have;Proven contact centre experience and a passion for customer service;The ability to work 7.5 hours a day rotating between 7am - 3pm and 9am - 5pm;Strong written and verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner;Intermediate MS office and the confidence to pick up new systems quickly;Excellent problem-solving skills;The ability to work well within a team;If you are looking for a new challenge then apply now to be considered.
