Inbound Customer Service - Helpdesk Part Time
**This role is based in Christchurch**
About the Role
Do you have experience working in Retail and having Sales KPIs and Targets? Then this role may be for you! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to transition from Retail into an office environment and be part of a well-known technology company.
This role will have you promote and educate customers on the products and services for this organisation over the phone.
Your day to day will have you meet Sales Targets and KPIs to ensure revenue growth, reduce customer churn and provide an exceptional customer experience! Your will be required to upsell and cross sell to customer on the phone. Retention of customers will be crucial.
Note: You will be rostered 7 days a week, shifts can be anywhere between 8:00am – 8:00pm to meet our customers’ needs.
This role is great for anyone from a Retail background that enjoys Customer Service and wants to make more of a career of it. We are looking for upbeat and inquisitive people that can hold an engaging conversation with customers and leave the happy with the service they receive.
To be successful in the role, we look for candidates who have knowledge and experience in
Retail or Travel for 2+ years
Working to Sales Targets and KPIs - this is a must
Providing a high level of Customer Service
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Passionate about working within the Telecommunications and Technology sectorAbility to learn new products and services
