Our client is looking for skilled customer service advisers to join a large contact centre located in central Wellington. This team works on providing excellent customer support and advice to a wide range of clients. In this role, you would be taking inbound calls only. This is a high-level contact centre and requires at least a year of experience working in a call centre.
This role is a great place to use your skills and advance your knowledge of systems. There are opportunities to up skill and advance within the company.
The role involves
Taking inbound calls
Providing information and advice on queries
Following up with calls to resolve issues
Administration making sure the system is up to date
Working with team members to proactively look at processes
Have excellent customer service experience with at least one year in a call centre
Have a solid knowledge of the Microsoft package
Be a fast learner and pick up systems well
Have great time management and organisational skills
Insurance or financial experience is a plus
