About the Role
Reporting through to the Global Sales Director you will be responsible for driving sales into markets across Asia, with the potential to expand to markets further abroad. The role has a broad and complex range of responsibilities and will focus on nurturing existing relationships with distributors and end user customers, as well as developing new opportunities across the regions. This is an extremely fast paced role where your ability to adapt and make decisions quickly will be well rewarded.
It is essential that you come from a sales background within the primary industries space and it is preferred, but not essential that you have experience working with Asian markets. You will have a positive attitude, strong resilience, and a hunger for opening up new doors as well as maintaining robust existing relationships. It would be advantageous if you did speak another language such as Japanese or Malay, however it is not a requirement. You must have a high level of commercial acumen and feel comfortable discussing demand and market trends.
