Job Description:
Our client is looking for a driven and experienced ICT Procurement Manager.
This role has no formal people management but will be responsible for leading virtual teams.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have
Extensive experience in ICT procurement through managing complex tender processes.
An understanding of the machinery of government and government rules of sourcing.
Extensive negotiation skills including experience leading complex, high risk negotiations
Previous experience designing and developing commercial outcomes
At least five years previous experience working in ICT procurement
Comprehensive understanding of the Supply Management lifecycle
Strong relationship building skills
A Masters level CIPS qualification is highly desirable.
