Job Description:

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced ICT Contracts Specialist.

This role has no direct reports and reports to the Team Leader Commercial Contracts.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have

Significant experience and expertise in developing ICT contractual documentation

An understanding of the machinery of government and government rules of sourcing

Proven track record in ICT procurement and contract management.

Proven ability to undertake analysis in a technology procurement context.

At least five years previous experience working in ICT procurement

Strong commercial acumen

Strong relationship building skills

A law degree is highly desirable.
