Job Description:
Alpha Recruitment is seeking a capable, driven and passionate Human Resources Manager to work in a fantastic organisation.
You will be leading and delivering the people function to ensure the organisation has the right capability to undertake its mandate and deliver high quality people services.
You will contribute to providing strategic leadership in the organisation. This role has direct reports.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have
Extensive experience with human resources practices and processes
At least three years previous work experience working as a Human Resources Manager
People management and leadership skills
Previous experience providing strategic HR advice to leadership teams
Previous experience leading organisational change and an understanding of OD
Knowledge of the machinery of government
Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and Te Ao Maori
Strong relationship building skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
