Job Description:

We are looking for Health and Safety Administrators and Coordinators to work on temporary assignments for our Auckland-based clients.

No two days will be the same so you will need to be able to juggle many tasks and manage your time effectively.

We are looking for experienced candidates that have knowledge of health & safety procedures to be able to hit the ground running, and are able to conduct inductions, carry out audits, and be a stickler for producing detailed and complete paperwork.

These are varied and busy temp roles which will require you to plan and organise your time effectively in order to ensure all health and safety functions are followed correctly.

Typical duties include

Liaising with contractors and internal staff

Ensuring all health and safety procedures are implemented and adhered to

Carrying out inductions

Identifying Hazards and implementing Hazard control procedures

Working to government guidelines relating to Covid-19

Keeping accurate up to date records for all accidents, incidents, hazards, qualifications etc.

General Administration duties

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following

Have excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe proactive

Have a hands on approach to your work

Be a team player, but also capable of working on your own

Be organised and have the ability to prioritise

Have experience working in a similar role

Have experience working in a similar role

Be systems savvy and be able to pick up computer programs easily

Be able to work and liaise with all different types of people
