Job Description:

The role

Support a large company with health and safety compliance, administration and communications across a number of different teams and environments to ensure their day to day H&S compliance and operations!

Duties

Assisting the team and wider business with health and safety related queries

Helping to capture any changes to work practice H&S and enabling compliance with current legislation, regulations & good practice guidelines

Offering super user assistance on the incident reporting system and app to the wider team

Contribute to Health & Safety injury prevention topics and communications both internally and externally

Assisting the team and wider business to conduct through hazard/risk assessments

Presenting clients with H&S and process knowledge

Support the ACC claims process including documentation management, compliance and audits to maintain standards

Help in the administration and records of Health & Safety Audit findings suggested improvements

Providing complete reports and trends

To provide administrative and compliance support in the internal Drug & Alcohol testing program

Skills required

Self-motivation and the aptitude to learn

Organization skills

Strong computer aptitude to learn new systems and using MS suite

Communication – internal and external both verbal and written

Experience within an administration or coordination role is experienced

Experience within an administration or coordination role is experienced

Any knowledge or interested in Health and safety would be an advantage to your application
