About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral part of the Leadership Team.
Working off a strong base, great staff engagement, and an established reputation, you will be charged with leading the culture workstream.
You will define and drive forward “how we behave”, establishing a ‘real’ and impactful EVP!
You will of course own and deliver on “101” HR, oversighting and leading all day to day ‘People’ needs
Strategic HR advice
Leadership coaching and business partnering
Talent management and attraction
Rem and benefitsSafety and well-being
Policy review and development
Engagement, comms, and performance – and all aligned metrics.
…alongside a multitude of HR projects focused on building the culture.
You have great people vision, but never lose sight of what’s important now!
Your well-honed experience in the HR and People sphere will be complemented with owning culture change, be it within a fast growth start up, or an established business going through transformation.
Your knowledge and capability will put you in good stead at the Leadership table, where both your creativity and advice on people related matters and change will become quickly valued.
