About the Role

The business you will be joining is well known in the telecommunications industry, have multiple well-regarded brands and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you will be joining a team of customer-centric agents where you will be providing customer support and level 1 helpdesk support. The nature of the calls will either be related to residential billing, technical queries, troubleshooting customer faults and providing end to end customer support.

The hours for the role will be 20-30 hours per week, roster rotational and you will receive your roster 4 weeks in advance. The organisation work on a 7-day roster and You will be required to work either 8am to 12pm or 4pm – 8pm to help during their busy times!

Their operating hours are

Monday to Friday 8am – 10pm

Saturday – 8am – 8pm

Sunday – 10am – 8pm

You will be required to work 1 day in the office, and the other 4 days at home. You will be provide all the equipment to do you role successfully!

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be charged with

Contacting customers who are experiencing faults or issues with their broadband

Handle and resolve incoming technical queries over phone, email and live chatManage customer queries and complaints

Logging faults as required

In return, you will receive 3.5 weeks of training to ensure you are successful in this role and you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You will have experience working in customer service whether that is in a retail, call centre or have recently graduated and you are looking for your first role in a customer facing role.
