Very stable and successful NZ manufacturer is offering an opportunity for someone to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager who also has first hand experienced in Payroll.;This role would be ideal for someone that enjoys variety and has a hands on approach.;Key Responsibilities include;Providing advice and training to Management and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, legislation;Support Health and Safety Coordinator;Involved in recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, disciplinaries;Preparation of a medium to large payroll for an external payroll provider;Training and Development;Supporting Managers with recruitment and selection strategies;About you;Minimum 4-5 years experience as a HR Manager preferably as a generalist practitioner and also within a manufacturing or similar environment;Proven success in developing and implementing HR projects and initiatives and some change management experience would be desirable;Excellent ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of people within and outside of the organisation;Excellent interpersonal communication skills;If you are available almost immediately and enjoy working with a great bunch of people and have experience in HR and Payroll then please apply now!!! ]]>
