Job Description:

3-month Assignment (due to start at Level 2)

Auckland CBD Location

Duties

Provide support in the areas of talent, employee engagement and organisational performance

Be first point of contact and support for HR processes, general HR queries to employees and line managers

Conduct end-to-end recruitment

Generate HR letters, contracts, variations

Organise Training & Development

Manage Health & Safety reporting and administration

Requirements

Strong HR generalist experience, ideally 5 years ++

Exceptional knowledge of NZ HR policies and legislation

Strong MS Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tenacity and commitment to see a task through, from inception to completion

The successful candidate will be dedicated and possess an exceptionally high attention to detail. You will need to be people, solution and delivery focussed, whilst maintaining the professional values and goals of the company.
