About the Role

The Group CFO is a new position and integral to successful transformation, and sits on the global Executive Team reporting to the CEO. You will be accountable for the global finance function ensuring the team, systems, infrastructure and reporting cadence are firing on all cylinders! This will enable the business to take that next step. You will be a commercial sounding board to the CEO and Executive Team and board of directors. Your broad responsibilities will include taxation, treasury, reporting, internal controls, risk, data & insights, and FP&A. Your career to date has seen you excel in commercial leadership finance roles so you’ll bring a broad technical skillset, with M&A experience within a global context. Combine this with strong commercial acumen and a natural ability to identify and showcase the very best in people.
