About the Role
This 6-month fixed term contract starting February 2021 is tasked to lead a team to take the current strategy and implement the brand, comms and loyalty strategy across the business in both local and international markets.
Leading a large team (10+), with strong leadership and stakeholder management responsibility this role is pivotal in delivering big TTL marketing initiatives, sometimes involving quick responses in this fast paced environment.
You will have proven brand and comms experience in a services organisation, as well as a good understanding of the retention space. You will also be across social media, content and brand design as well.
You will be comfortable in this contract role delivering the strategy while having the opportunity to work on other 2021 initiatives.
You will be a natural leader with the ability to coach and mentor a fantastic team with the experience to help the team navigate any potential roadblocks with nimble responsiveness to the marketing plan that’s required. You will therefore be able to make decisions quickly and also be available out of business hours to confirm the business response when needed.
As you’d expect in this role, experience leading and managing cross functional internal teams plus creative/media agency external agency partnerships is essential.
You will be eager to manage and work with a high performing team, a big brand and budgets during this parental leave cover.
