Well respected Training organisation that manage a large apprenticeship programme, is now looking for an experienced Funding/Finance Co-ordinator to join their close team.
Due to the newly released Apprenticeship Support Programme Subsidy by the Government, my client is now looking for an experienced Funding Co-ordinator that has very good knowledge of liaising and managing funding compliance with the NZ Tertiary Education Commission. This experience is fundamental to this role.
Skills and Experience
As the right candidate, you will have a combination of skills and experience that reflect an outstanding background in the delivery of negotiating funding, compliance and the who, when and how when dealing with a Government organisation. You will be able to provide guidance to this Training organisation in regards to funding management, collecting data and preparing files to managing contracts and other documentation and also ensuring that the funding database is accurate and up to date as well as helping help the finance team with general accounts administration.
Who will you be?
You will need to have previous experience in a funding/finance role where you have dealt with the NZ Tertiary Education Commission. You will be an excellent communicator - able to communicate comfortably with a wide range of people, pragmatic and solutions focused with a strong attention to detail. You will be working very closely with the Finance team and supporting and assisting them.
