The Company

This business is a market leader within a specific, rapidly growing, corner of the FMCG space. They have gone through exponential growth in the last 5 years and the premium products they sell are admired around the globe. The business is forecast to further double in size in the next 5 years.

The opportunity

This role will cover a broad remit of responsibilities from financial reporting, planning, analysis and business partnering.

Lead the month, quarterly and annual Group Reporting process including the consolidated management reporting

Business Partner with the Sales and Marketing team highlighting risks and opportunities to support commercial decision making

Ownership of the annual budget cycle and periodic forecasting

Lead on the production financial statements and work with overseas partners on corporate tax compliance

Continuous improvement of the financial systems and processes

Lead, motivate and develop the small finance team

Your profile
