The Role

Reporting into an impressive Group FC, this is a broad, end-to-end role with a medium-sized team reporting directly into it. You will be responsible for all financial and management reporting, analysis and commentary for the business. They’re also planning to go through some internal system upgrades and transformation projects, whereby you will be expected to be involved as well.

The key duties for this position include the following (but not limited to)

Responsible for the delivery of monthly management accounts and reporting

Oversight of weekly rolling forecasts

Provide meaningful financial insight to the SLT through analysis and commentary

Support with the annual budgeting and forecasting process

Manage the audit process

Drive continuous improvement across the finance function

Lead and develop the finance team

To be considered for this position you must be a fully qualified accountant who spent the early part of your career within a large CA firm environment. This could be your first move into industry from a CA firm OR you will also have some industry/commercial experience in a senior accountant position with some direct reports as part of your role.You must people a people leader and someone who enjoys seeing their team develop and grow.
