Through effective management of the finance function you will deliver comprehensive management reporting, analysis and commercial advice that improves the financial performance of the business. You will lead a well-established finance team, and become a key figurehead in multiple business critical projects.;You will work to understand the complexity of the operation, key business drivers, industry dynamics and growth objectives and support the wider leadership with sound financial stewardship and strategic input.;You will be responsible for providing commercial analysis and challenge all areas of the business, partnering and influencing the wider operation to further develop data driven, commercial decision-making capabilities.;The role takes ownership for the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts and monthly P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
