Job Description:

We have a temporary role available for an excellent personal assistant with a large health care organisation in Auckland. This role will keep you busy for three months full time, with a view to go permanent and you will be based on the North Shore. In this role, you would be responsible for providing support to senior level managers. This roles requires an immediate start.

To be successful in this role, you will have great time management skills and be able to manage competing priorities. You will have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships within a team. Computer literacy is important for this role, you should be familiar with the Microsoft suite and have a good typing speed. Prior experience as a Executive Assistant is a must, ideally at a senior manager level.

Duties would include

Inbox and diary management to the Facilities Maintenance Manger, Chief Engineer and Works Manager.

Health and Safety documentation

Covid response processes and procedures

General administrative duties

Managing meeting and taking minutes

Strong Outlook and Excel
