Job Description:

ASAP start for Temporary Export Administration role in Mt Maunganui. If you are between roles, looking to get back into the workforce or recently returned to the region and are available immediately then read on!
We are looking for someone with Export documentation exposure, ideally in an FMCG or manufacturing environment who is used to dealing with a high-volume environment to assist this busy team during a peak work period.
The role will comprise of
Documentation management
Regulatory documentation tasks
Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
Investigation and issue resolution
Returns and credit processing
Internal / external communication re any issues
Database administration
Invoice generation
Handling queries
You will ideally have the following skills and experience
Export documentation
Good supply chain understanding
Ideally FMCG experience
SAP or other large ERP exposure
Excellent Excel and Word skills
Analytical and reporting skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
