Event, Marketing and Social Media Co-ordinator

We are on the lookout for a reliable person who is interested in joining an organisation that is committed to empowering women and girls to make positive choices to affect social change.

The organisations core focuses are to collaborate with others to offer activities and services for all women to be all they can, to amplify their voice and the voices of women in the Waikato, creating a space where women can come, be inspired, and feel safe and secure to freely express who they are.

Key responsibilities in this unique position, are to be an ambassador for the organisation, designing, co-ordinating, delivering activities and events for young women in our community. Being the heart of communication on all social media platforms and growing community relationships within the youth networks while reporting directly to the General Manager.

Event planning

Utilisation of Social Media platforms and digital media content

Connections within the community

Ability to speak to all people

Organisational and planning skills

Great at multitasking, time management and prioritising
