You will be joining the Auckland office and will be part of the national Enterprise Support Team and the wider Customer Success department. These teams are vibrant, talented – and share a great sense of humour!

About the Role

As the Enterprise Support Agent, you will be part of the wider Customer Success Division. You will be servicing large key accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role involves

Onboarding enterprise customers, processing sales orders and discussing add-ons and benefits with customers.

Educating yourself on the businesses you are supporting and building relationships with individual users.

Providing customers with solutions and upgrades to suit their business needs.

Managing technical support and fault requests and working with internal departments to resolve requests.

Providing product upskilling and training on-site or remotely for enterprise users.

Above all, this role will require you to immerse yourself in the customers/businesses you are supporting!

You will eventually be required to spend time on-site with your customers, and at times you will be require to travel to other regional customer sites.About You

I am looking for someone who has come from a highly customer focus role where you have needed to support customers and manage processes end-to-end.

You will need to be an expert relationship builder who is able to adapt their approach to different stakeholders.

This role will require you to educate and instruct customers on the product, features and benefits, so I am looking for someone who is able to train and relay information to stakeholders.

I am looking for someone trustworthy who takes ownership of issues and pushes for solutions.

You will need to be comfortable with technology, problem solving and thinking outside the box!

Ideally, you will have had 3+ experience years in a role that aligns with the above points.
