$35.00 - 40.00 per hour
CBD based, public sector client
ASAP - 3 month temporary assignment
We are currently recruiting for an experience Engagement/Project Coordinator for a newly established public sector agency. The successful candidate will be assisting a small team, with a variety of coordination and advisory level tasks.
These Include
Administrative support to systems and processes
Travel and meeting arrangements
Stakeholder engagement
Time management and prioritisation of project timelines
Event coordination
Strong engagement across analyst and advisory level stakeholders
Key skills, experience and attributes required
Previous experience in project work environments
A strong background in, business administration support, executive assistance and/or office management
Strong MS Office experience
Exposure to managing budgets
Experience with scheduling and risk management
Strong coordination skills
Stakeholder engagement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
