There is a lot of opportunity in this role, some of the pieces you will be responsible for are

• Online budget planning, forecasting and management.

• Management and execution for UX, SEO, & ‘always on’ and digital marketing campaigns. Tracking results and implementing winning strategies based on key learnings.

• Responsible for monthly sales targets and analytics – for both owned and marketplace stores.

• Manage, execute and measure success of email campaigns.

• Partner with PR/Comms Manager to leverage earned media opportunities e.g. key influencers/bloggers.

• Continually working on the global online presence strategy.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for content provision for third party websites (e.g. online retailers).

• Be responsible for the monthly reporting dashboard – recommend changes in tactics based on findings.

• Grow database and site/mobile visitor audiences and drive engagement across both channels.• Bring digital innovation to the forefront for the business

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and working in the detail of the online business.

• Experience interacting / managing online platforms such as Shopify (preferred).

• Experience working with the Google suite - Google Analytics, Search Console, Google My Business – managing SEO, SEM and Google Shopping programs (Merchant Centre, Merchant App).

• Experience working with social platforms – Facebook (Facebook Business), Instagram and other evolving social platforms.

• Experience with digital marketing tools – re-marketing, loyalty, subscription (Klaviyo would be an advantage).

• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring other digital marketing programs – campaigns, EDMs, Amazon, etc.

• Experience evaluating performance of varied campaigns / initiatives.

• Experience working with creative driven brands in the online space.
