Creating SMART goals and KPI's for the distribution function

Drive continuous improvement across systems and people

Ensure in inventory is in the right place, at the right time and working with the finance & import teams on incoming stock

Partnering with stakeholders including the Exec, Sales and operations teams

Managing and motivating your team, cross-training for adaptability You will be

A proven leader (5 years) with a demonstrable track record of developing talent and managing diverse teams

Driven to succeed and create lasting relationships across the wider business while also being able to influence and push back when appropriate
