About the Role

A rare opportunity to manage one of the largest distribution centres in New Zealand, and be part of the leadership team, as they continue their journey.

You will build on the capability already established and lead the team with authentic leadership, as they continuously strive to exceed expectations.

About You

Your previous roles and proven experience will be clear, and you will be a confident leader. You will manage day-to-day operations, taking accountability for operational performance, service levels and costs whilst driving an engaged, performance driven culture with a continuous improvement mindset to help transform operational efficiency.

You will achieve a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture by promoting and role modelling safe working practices, ensuring compliance with all H&S legislation. Experience of fulfilment operations of scale and extensive site leadership experience across large operations will be beneficial.

You will be a true people leader with a track record of developing high performing teams. You will also be highly resilient with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
