About the Role
This is an exciting role, where you will be required to keep up the pace with ever growing digital interactions and CX expectations. Responsibilities include: create performance tracking, identify improvement areas, recommend SEO opportunities, create reporting an dashboards, collaborate with UX/UI designers and content creators to identify and solve customer issues.
We are looking for a specific skill set for this position, namely
Degree qualified, ideally in analytics
7+ years experience in a digital channel analytics role
3+ years experience in a senior position leading digital insights capability
Agile certification preferred
Excellent communication skills and strong relationship builder
Team player with resilience and ability to work with complex information
