About the Role

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and working closely with the SEO Manager as well as the Marketing and Product teams, you will be responsible for publishing content on the website as well as optimising published content.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve digital user experience and website ecommerce results through continuously optimising content online.

You will be comfortable working in our newly developed CMS as much of your day-to-day will focus on publishing content modules for our different online platforms. Outside of this you will be constantly looking for optimisation opportunities. You will work closely with the copywriter and designer to improve existing written content onsite as well as page layouts, features and overall UX. You must be data literate, understand ecommerce metrics and have an SEO focus.

You will be a team player and understand that the website is a collaborative channel shared across many areas of the business, so building strong relationships within and outside of your team is imperative.

Key responsibilities include

Publishing content on site & prioritising these changes

Optimizing website content & architecture and improving SEO metrics

Continuously improving ecommerce metrics and measuring the impacts you are making

Create and manage your own workstream to keep site health: e.g outdated content, 404s, brand integrity, ecommerce best practises

Contributing to the A/B testing roadmap, writing hypothesis-based test proposals

Be able to prioritise workflow & improvements by understanding value vs effort mentality

About YouData-driven decision-maker, leveraging data, analytics, and testing & experimentation to improve online performance and user experience

Extensive hands-on CMS platform experience

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Familiarity with HTML and CSS is advantageous

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work well in a team with a digital focus
