We are currently looking for people with experience of working towards KPIs and targets to work in a sales and retention role in a contact centre environment.

About the Role

Amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to take the next step out of retail or travel and into an office environment to be part of a well-known technology company as the first point of contact for Kiwis.

This role will have you promote and educate customers on the products and services for this organisation over the phone.

Your day to day will have you meet sales targets and KPIs to ensure revenue growth, reduce customer churn and provide an exceptional customer experience! You will be required to upsell and cross-sell to the customer on the phone. Retention of customers will be crucial, training will be given on the best methods to do this. We are looking for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional service!

The hours are on a 7 day rotating roster that is given 4 weeks in advance. The range is 8am-8pm Mon-Sun an example may look like

Week 1 Mon-Fri 9-5.30

Week 2 Mon Fri 10.30-7

Week 3 Wed – Sun 11.30-8

Are you exceptional at building relationships with customers over the phone? This role is great for anyone from a retail or travel background that enjoys customer service and wants to make more of a career of it. We are looking for upbeat and inquisitive people that can hold an engaging conversation with customers and leave the happy with the service they receive.

To be successful in the role, we look for candidates who have knowledge and experience in

Excellent written and oral communication skills

You must also have experience in

Sales – both face to face & retention would be ideal

Passionate about working within the telecommunications and technology sector
