Customer Service Officer

CBD based (with opportunity to work from home)

$28 - $30 per hour

3-6 months

Exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate with a background in customer service and order processing to join a well-known organisation.

About the role

This role will be a mix of data entry and customer service. You will be processing orders on the inhouse system, prioritising urgent orders and dealing with queries from clients via telephone and email.

Hours: You will be on a Rolling Roster of 4 days on and 3 days off. The roster will include weekends and you will be able to work from home on weekend roster.

Training will be on the job and they will have access to a buddy.

About you

You will have customer service experience with good data processing skills

Ability to work from home on weekends

Deadline driven

You are available to start work immediately
