About the Role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day admin tasks associated with this division within the organisation, focusing mainly on ensuring roster gaps are filled
Liaise with staff to ensure effective cover is secured when required
Ensure roster gaps are filled
Process leave requests
Organise orientation for new staff members
Communicate and coordinate with Rostering and Allocations teams with regard to vacancies and late starters
You will have
Good time management and organising skills
Great interpersonal skills
Effective relationship building skillsProblem solving and decision making skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Even better if you have knowledge of the Health Sector, and a degree in HR/Business.
