Customer Support Consultant

You will join the Customer Service team taking inbound calls to assist with member queries, such as resetting usernames & passwords, guiding them through parts of the app and website and general troubleshooting.
This role will work Mon - Thurs, 9am - 5.30pm and Fri, 8am - 4.30pm.
So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?
You will be a strong communicator with awesome customer service skills, and a real passion for providing quality customer service! You will ideally have experience in a retail or another customer services role. You will be excited by a company with an inclusive and fun culture, and have a bright and positive working attitude.
You will have the legal right and be currently based in New Zealand!
