We are seeking a proven performer in phone-based sales. You will enjoy building relationships with our key residential construction customers, and supporting them to implement their digital Health and Safety system across their builds.
You will be part of a fun, supportive, highly motivated team, based in lovely Mana offices, right by the water, who offer flexible working conditions.
You will bring
Good technical and digital skills and experience with Salesforce and demonstrated telephone/video-based sales
Demonstrated remote relationship management experience
Strong collaboration skills
The ability to listen, understand and provide clear and straightforward advice to others
Resilience and reliability
Very strong communications skills over the phone with people from all walks of life
Drive and urgency to ensure timely customer engagement, follow up and closing to achieve results
A focus on success and a willingness to help drive the business forward
