About the Role

This role is an amazing opportunity for those who are technically minded, customer centric and enjoy working in a fast paced & dynamic environment.

You will be supporting clients of this business with Tier 1 requests and keeping data up to date. This role is all about methodically working through customer requests which – can be anything from change of address, to providing technical level 1 support and/or product knowledge. This includes

Dealing directly and promptly with customers and installers dealers either by telephone or email.

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and issues.

Logging and managing tickets/requests and unresolved issues.

Communicating with and supporting internal departments

Keeping customer experience from of mind.

About You

I am looking for someone with the following

Previous experience in a Customer Success role / a Level 1 Technical Support role / a Customer Service role within Telecommunications

A recently completed degree in Computer Science, IT or a similar qualification is beneficial

Working experience with Salesforce is desired

Versatility, resilience and an “above-and-beyond” attitudeA bubbly, enthusiastic personality and a sense of humour!
