Your main duties will include

Answering calls and providing support for customers (both over the phone and via email) Standard daily processes

Customer and supplier interaction

On-boarding customers and following documented business processes

Customer and Supplier Follow-up

Analyze metering paperwork and data

Data Entry

Processing meter install applications

Liaise with electricians, metering providers and field services providers to arrange meter installs

Liaise with metering providers and networks for maintaining metering data and for other support

Providing customer support where relevant (by phone and email)

Investigating meter and meter data issues

Standard business hours in Auckland Central

To be successful in this role you will have

Phone based customer service experience is highly preferred

Resilience and ability to turn negative customer situations in

Great communication skills on the phone, a professional phone manner and ability to represent the brand well
