We are looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our clients' well established phone based teams.
If you have experience in any of the following contact centre environments, then we need to hear from you
Typical duties include
Answering general enquiry calls
Entering information into the database
Working towards KPI's
You will have
Excellent communication skills
Amazing references from previous managers
Proven experience within a busy contact centre environment
The ability to work as part of a team
Good MS Office skills
These are full time roles, based in various locations around Auckland.
Ideally you will have access to reliable transport.
