Your new role with the Immigration Contact Centre: You will be taking inbound customer service phone calls and emails from internal, external, and global customers to answer questions regarding New Zealand’s managed isolation and quarantine facilities and processes.

Day to day you will

Respond to customer calls and emails

Manage a high volume of incoming calls

Provide accurate information to customers and 3rd parties

Problem solve to handle the customer query in the first call

Accurately capture information from all customer interactions

Start Date: Monday 14th June 2021

Contract duration: 12 months

Shifts/Hours: Saturday – Wednesday, 8:00am – 4:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:00pm
