About the Role
Your role will see you speaking to customers each day on a range of inbound enquiries regarding the service. The majority of this role is email-based however you will be expected to manage inbound calls when necessary. You will be a key relationship builder with large accounts across New Zealand, resolving order enquiries, investigating issues and setting expectations to maintain a positive client relationship. You will educate clients and offer knowledgeable insights in the form of reports. This role will require you to build positive internal relationships to get issues resolved quickly and in a positive manner.
This is a Monday to Friday role with rosters between 7 am – 5:30 pm, we need full flexibility within this time. This role is based in South Auckland with a car park on-site.
We are looking for relationship builders who can think on their feet to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a phone/email-based role in a fast pace environment, this can be from a contact centre environment or account management role. The preferred candidate will have experience in the freight industry, however, we are open to applications from people in other industries that offer transferable skills.
Resilience is key! Good candidates will able to work in a busy environment and communicate with a team effectively to get the results your need to satisfy customers. You will be able to handle complaints and difficult calls with confidence and a positive mindset.
