About the Role

As part of the credit solutions team, your role the primary purpose of this role is to ensure that debt collection is handled in a professional and customer centric manner. You will be required to achieve this by making calls to customers who have missed their payments and supporting them through a payment process. This role is all about, educating customers and build strong relationships!

About You

I am looking for previous collections, credit control, or accounts receivable experience – preferably in Telecommunications, Insurance or agency.

You must have excellent communication skills, be a strong problem solver and have strong numerical skills. Agility, empathy, patience and clear communication are essential qualities our client is looking for. Previous experience with SAP and / or Salesforce is preferred.
