They are after a customer-focused credit controller to cover a ledger and maintain great relationships.
Some of your main responsibilities will include
Ensuring cleanliness of your assigned ledger
Maintain cash collection throughout every month
Develop trusting relationships both externally and internally
Credit notes, refunds, journal adjustments
Timely response to email and phone queries
General administration and support to the team as a collective This is a permanent full-time role based in Penrose, up to $55k
So who are you, and what is your profile?
You ideally have some experience in a credit control role and possess a friendly, warm and clear phone manner. Your verbal and written communication is excellent and you don't shy away from approaching people across all levels.
You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to comfortably build relationships with corporate and domestic clients in order to get a quick satisfactory outcome.You will confidently work well unsupervised, take responsibility for your own work and have no problem picking up the phone.
You will also be well organised, diligent, resilient and have a can-do positive attitude and bring a good energy to the team - this is very important!
