About the client

My client is a newly-established business with a strong pipeline in the Financial Services space. You will get enough exposure in the Finance industry and be involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

About the role

This is a newly created full-time position where you can have the chance to set up the process and grow your professional skills in the wider accounting aspects.

Job responsibilities include processing of the transactions, reconciliation, filing GST returns and payroll. Apart from these, you need to be proficient in cash flow management/reporting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting. You'll also be helping with audit preparation and AML compliance.

About you

You must be CA/CPA qualified and have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (preferably sole charge). You need to be proficient in Mandarin/Chinese - it's a MUST for the role, as well as in oral and written English. Working experience in the finance industry or professional services organisation would be a bonus. Most importantly, you are a people person with excellent communication skills who is willing to go beyond and help out the wider team if needed.
