Job Description:

Are you a Nurse, Midwife, Physio or doctor but want to move into a more administrative role? We have an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administration skills, excellent communication skills and previous clinical experience working within a New Zealand DHB. Starting asap this role would be for 3 months with possible extension.
Located in Penrose you will be working as part of a busy motivated team assisting medical staff with sourcing clinical equipment and PPE gear to help improve patient experiences.
Duties include
Email management
Liaising with medical staff via phone and face to face to discuss product requirements
Research into product requests and how they benefit end users
Write up business cases and product details so medical staff can make informed decisions
Other adhoc administrative duties
To be considered you will ideally have
Clinical experience working within a New Zealand DHB
Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS office
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with a variety of people
Good research skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Starting asap this role will keep you busy for the next 3 months with possible extension.
