The Role
Reporting to the Client Director, you are at the forefront of the business and responsible for managing the overall experience clients have with the company. You will manage a portfolio of clients, developing and building last relationships. Some of your responsibilities will include
Onboarding new clients
Manage and be the main contact for your client portfolio
Manage production pipeline
Develop renewal campaigns
Reporting and campaign analysis. About You
You will ideally have a client services background with experience in project management and a strong understanding of digital platforms such as CMS, social media and Google Analytics.
You will be highly personable, confident and relationship driven with strong commercial understanding and time management skills.
