The role

Consistently delivering exceptional customer service

Ensuring data and information gathered is complete and accurate throughout the life cycle of the claim

Gathering relevant information to progress claim to acceptance

Identify claims for referral to underwriting, claims seniors and technical claims specialists

Minimise liability / risk exposure and maximise recovery opportunities

Effectively maintaining a portfolio of small claims for lodgement to closure

Communicate with all key stakeholders, providing accurate and detailed information throughout the claims, ensuring a seamless customer experience in a timely manner

Comply with all company processes and procedures, together with relevant legislation and guidelines of regulatory bodies

The hours

You will need to be available to work rotating rosters Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 6pm

You will be required to work one Saturday per monthYou will need to be available to work all of the above hours (7.5-hour shifts) listed on a rotating roster that is provided to you four weeks – eight weeks in advance. You will work 37.5 hours per week.

The roster works on a 4 weekly rotating schedule where you will work one Saturday in each 4 week period. The week you work Saturday you will work be rostered off for one day during the week.

You will work a month of Sundays approximately 2-3 times a year.
