About the Role
As a commercially astute business leader, you will drive change at an organisational and individual level through transformational initiatives. High performance and impact are the focus at every touchpoint, be it culture, DEI, talent, leadership, operations or strategy.
You will own the delivery of the People Transformation Plan, embedding best practice and ‘performance-for-purpose’ to help deliver the overall strategic plan. You will be at the forefront of defining how the workforce needs to evolve to embrace transformational change.This role sets the pace and others will need to keep up.

You will already be thriving in an innovation-driven, disruptive, high pace consumer facing business, with global oversight. Experience with millennial teams, digital innovation, and membership organisations would all be of interest.
Your story doesn’t have to follow that of the traditional HR/CPO, however your significant credibility across the sphere of P&C goes without saying! You have held a global role - ideally having been located at some stage of your career offshore, with insight into challenges and nuances associated.
Through your courageous and thought-provoking style, your leadership will turn people’s heads and inspire at every level! This is a commercial role, so ability to demonstrate this kind of added value is essential.
