About the Role

As the Social and CRM Marketing Manager you will own their entire strategy and execution, translating business requirements into world class content that makes a difference across CRM and social channels.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will manage the creation, scheduling and deployment of all campaigns, ensuring a test and learn mindset is applied to every task you complete.

Some responsibilities include

Own editorial calendars, finding synergies where possible and working with the business to ensure content aligns with the business

Drive relevant, convertible traffic to the website through CRM activity

Plan and manage promotions and all social collaborations

Report on CRM, social media and community analytics to ensure KPI’s are met

Work with your 1 direct report to drive a truly unique content experience

About You

A proven digital marketer with experience in a similar digital marketing role where you will be confident using different social platforms and CRM such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

You’ll have these personable attributesExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Creativity and a natural flair for thinking outside of the box

Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environments

High level time management and organisational skills

Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets
